What Ureta does
Brings in every store and network by itself
App Store, Google Play, AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource, Digital Turbine, Liftoff, Meta Audience Network and Mintegral report into one ledger. The month's figures arrive without you downloading a single report.
Reconciles against your mediation numbers
Each platform's figure is checked against what your mediation reported, so a gap shows up before an invoice goes out, not after.
Prepares one document per counterparty
Some platforms you invoice; others self-bill you. Ureta prepares the invoices you issue, books the self-bills you receive, and you issue with one click. It never sends an invoice in your name on its own.
Converts at the rate your tax authority recognises
You are paid in every currency your stores settle in and file in one. Each amount is converted at the rate your own tax authority accepts, on the invoice date, with the source printed on the document.
Hands your accountant one monthly packet
Every invoice issued, every self-bill accepted, a VIES-ready summary of the cross-border supplies and the ledger behind it, line by line, in one file.
Keeps the archive for as long as the law requires
Each document is kept exactly as issued and stays downloadable for the whole retention period, whether or not you are still a customer.
Reads your bank statements into an expense ledger
On every paid plan, Ureta reads your bank statements into an expense ledger so purchases and fees sit next to your income. Not available to companies in Denmark.
What makes Ureta different
- It knows which platforms bill you and which take a margin. Google invoices you for its fee, so you invoice Google on the gross; Apple takes a margin, so you invoice Apple on the net. Ureta applies the difference without being asked.
- It does not wait for late networks. Networks that self-bill months behind are booked from their own reporting and swapped for the real document when it arrives, so you are not late every month by design.
- It refuses to issue an invoice it knows is not compliant. It prints the wording your own country's rules require, such as the reverse-charge statement, and blocks a document that is missing it.
- Its rules are read from the law itself. Each country's rule is taken from the provision and cited, and the readings are public: see invoice currency and rate, by country.
- It never acts for you. No invoice goes out without your click, and nothing is ever sent to a tax authority.
Who uses Ureta
- Solo app and game developers trading through their own company and paid by app stores and ad networks.
- Small studios with several stores and networks to invoice each month.
- Publishers with more than one company, on the Business plan, which handles several entities and contracts you define yourself.
- Their accountants, who receive the monthly packet instead of a folder of screenshots.
Ureta is not for income from selling directly to your own customers; that needs a VAT return, not an invoice, and Ureta does not report it.
The team behind Ureta
Ureta is built by Manuel Prueter, founder, and operated by MirrorMagic Games Ltd, a games company in Cyprus.
We built it because we found the problem in our own books. We had been invoicing Google on the net figure instead of the gross - for years, on documents an accountant had seen and a tax office had accepted. Nothing bounced, because under reverse charge the cash nets out. The number was simply wrong in a way that looked completely normal. Ureta is built against that failure: not the hour spent on invoices, but the chance that the hour produced the wrong answer.

Frequently asked questions
Does Ureta send invoices in my name?
No. Ureta prepares each invoice and you issue it with one click. It never sends an invoice on its own.
Does Ureta file my VAT return or talk to the tax office?
No. Ureta never sends anything to a tax authority, and it does not give tax advice. Tax strategy stays with your accountant; Ureta keeps the records they work from.
What happens to my invoices if I stop paying?
Your archive stays readable and downloadable for as long as the law says you must keep it, whether or not you are still paying. Ureta just stops preparing new invoices.
Does Ureta handle sales to my own customers?
No. Ureta is for income that reaches you through a store or an ad network. Selling directly from your own site or checkout is a different job - there you owe a VAT return rather than an invoice - and Ureta does not read or report those sales.
Which stores and ad networks does it connect to?
App Store, Google Play, AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource, Digital Turbine, Liftoff, Meta Audience Network and Mintegral.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, and you do not need a card to start.
You sold. The rest is handled.
Connect a store, import the months you have already invoiced, and let the next one arrive finished.
