Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MirrorMagic Games Ltd (Cyprus), the operator of Ureta ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

What Ureta does

Ureta reads the payout reports of the app stores and ad networks you connect, prepares the invoices those payouts require, checks them against the rules we can check, and keeps them for you. It also shows you the dates you are working towards.

Ureta is not a tax advisor, and it never files anything for you. It does not submit a return, a statement or any other document to any tax authority, and it will not do so in future.

What is yours, and what you are responsible for

The invoices are yours. You issue them, they carry your company's name, and you are responsible for them being correct. Ureta checks what software can check and refuses to issue a document it knows is not compliant, but a check that passes is not professional advice and is not a substitute for your accountant.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us: your legal details, your VAT registration, your counterparties, and any figure you enter by hand.

Your account

Keep your login secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. Give us accurate information and keep it current. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ureta to produce documents you know to be false.
Do not connect an account you are not entitled to access.
Do not try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Violations can lead to suspension or termination. Even then, your archive remains available to you for the reasons in the next section.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew until you cancel. Prices are shown inclusive of tax: the price you see is the price you pay. Cancel at any time - your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then stops issuing new invoices.

Your records are never held hostage. When a subscription lapses you keep access to everything already issued, and you can download it. That is a deliberate decision and not a courtesy we may withdraw.

Subscriptions are sold through our payment provider, who is the merchant of record. If a plan is not what you needed, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out. Nothing here limits statutory rights you have where you live.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we cannot guarantee that a platform's reporting API will answer when we ask - which is why Ureta always lets you enter a figure by hand and never lets a failed fetch become a missed deadline. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using Ureta and ask us to delete your account at any time; see Deleting your data, which explains what can be deleted and what the law requires you to keep. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you. Continuing to use Ureta means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, where MirrorMagic Games Ltd is established.
