Deleting your data

Ureta is invoicing software for app developers. If you connected a platform account to Ureta and want the data removed, here is how, and what happens.

Disconnect a single source

Sign in, open Sources, and press Remove on the connection. This deletes the stored credential immediately. It does not revoke the grant at the platform itself - do that in the platform's own settings, because only you can.

Delete your workspace and everything in it

Sign in as the workspace owner, open Settings, and use Delete workspace. You will be asked to type the workspace name, because there is no undo: it removes your account, your business details, your connected keys, your revenue figures and your documents, from our database and from our file storage, and we keep no copy.

Take your data out first. The same screen has Download your data, which gives you one ZIP with every record we hold and every document you issued. Deletion asks for it before it proceeds - see the next section for why.

If you would rather we did it, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We will confirm by reply.

Why we ask you to download before you delete

An invoice is a statutory record. Tax law in the countries Ureta serves requires issued invoices to be retained for between six and ten years, and that obligation belongs to you as the business that issued them. So the hand-off comes first: deletion is refused until your documents have been included in a download, and after that you are solely responsible for keeping them. This is a check the service actually makes, not a promise about how we behave.

Everything else - connected credentials, contact details, revenue figures, session data - goes when the workspace goes, with nothing kept back.

Meta specifically

Ureta's Meta integration reads your own Audience Network earnings so it can put them on your invoices. It does not read anyone's personal profile, post anything, or receive data about other people. Disconnecting the source in Sources, or removing Ureta at facebook.com/settings, ends that access and deletes the token we hold.
